If you never had bakery pitza then you better go take your ass over to Senape's this second. It's been open for almost 120 years and there's a reason for it. I grew up on this and it never ceases to amaze me. My entire family in Jersey and Buffalo always has me bring at least 10-15 boxes each time because they all know how amazing it is The pitza is on a perfectly olive oil bathed focaccia, the cheese blend is phenomenal, and that sauce... I wanna inject it They also have pizza boats which is the topping in their Italian bread which is so buttery They have phenomenal baked goods as well (the cinnamon rolls specifically) and baked bread as well It's a very very old storefront that gives the character to the pitza and other baked goods they have. Everyone is always super friendly and typically they'll have high schoolers working (lucky bastards) All in all you need to try this immediately and grab the greediest box you can find

This pizza is the best. I have never experienced a pizza you can eat hot or cold and have it taste just amazing. I buy it every time I go through Hazleton PA. YOU should too, you won't be disappointed ​

I have been eating Senape's pitza for at least 40 years. My husband and I drive up from Harrisburg a couple of times a year and load up on Pitza and the cinnamon rolls, They are great even if frozen. Plan on coming up in a few weeks.

Best pizza in town! Love the bread and baked goods too. Whenever I go through Hazleton- I bring it Virginia.

The garlic knots are absolute best and the staff is super nice, but the must get item is the garlic knot and it is so cute and cozy inside

After living in Florida for forty years I had forgotten what a real bakery was like. There is nothing I do not love here - the rolls, sticky buns, pitza, bread, everything is the best and worth a stop if you're anywhere near here. If you've never had the "pitza" you must try it, I've spent time in Italy and this is by far better than anything I've had there. It's not hot mind you. Very different and very very good!

The box of pitz is a great thing to bring to any event. Always a crowd pleaser. Try the walnut bread on the weekends.

Soooo Good! My wife lived on this stuff when she was little. Now our grown up kid loose their mind when we bring home some of their pitza to share. Worth the effort, excellent bread and their buns are killer.

Their pitza rules! I've never eaten anything else from there but you can get fantastic pitza at 6 AM, so what's better than that??
